The Water Brewery is like a hidden secret. They offer oxygenated, ph alkalized, revitalized, remineralized and energized water. The staff is very good and the water is great. The Water Brewery is a truly
exceptional find. They have an incredibly advanced, state-of-the-art,
multistage water purification system going well beyond your standard
R.O. or distillation kiosk. The owner & staff are well educated on
the technology & science of water. Additionally it should be noted
that Costa Mesa starts out with somewhat better water than all the rest
of Orange County due to the fact that Costa Mesa does not buy water from
MWD but instead has it's own private wells of which it does not

I met one of the most knowledgeable, kind and insightful individuals in all of O.C., who happens to run the Water Brewery: Einar is his name. His expertise on water is Jedi. From vortex movement, to alkalization, to sound vibrations, to proper mineralizing... Einar has created one of the purest and healthiest water outlets in this entire nation. I have tried just about all alkaline healthy water sources; all maintaining a p.h. of 7.5 - 8.0, and amazingly Einar's water from The Water Brewery in Costa Mesa is even higher @ 8.5 - 9.5 p.h.!! It's considerably less costly than most bottled water sold too. I prefer the most potent water source he sells with all of the aforementioned qualities & characteristics stated above. My roommates have been drinking alkaline water plus minerals from the Water Brewery for several months, and have been experiencing many positive health effects from doing so. They encouraged me to try it out for myself. I had three tall glasses of this water for the first time, and almost immediately, my mind felt invigorated and my mood enhanced. I have been drinking this water for two months now, and have never felt better. I enthusiastically recommend it to anyone!

I cannot stand all the so called "healthy and good for you" stuff unless I experience it myself. I thought, "What's the big deal about water? Water is water." Wrong! Like everything else, there is good water and there is excellent water with all the minerals.... I started drinking water from the Water Brewery a few months ago. So, what happened to me?
1. Bags under my eyes, gone.
2. No desire for coffee because I am never tired.
3. I am not as hungry because this water is filled with minerals. So I'm also losing weight.
4. My joints and my back are not stiff so I can surf and run better than before.
5. My body is not dry. Don't need as much lotion.
Enough reason to get water from the Water Brewery? Try it for yourself. I am living proof. Now get off the couch and stop drinking useless water for no reason. Be active and be healthy. We only have one body. You will smile more when you take care of your body, mind, and spirit.

Maybe its just me...the water they sell is amazing! Tastes great and gives you instant energy. Even the animals at home love it.
I got a five gallon jug filled with water for $12 ($7.50 for the water alone) . That's about 20 liters and in comparison, at $1.50+ per liter bottle of other brands, its a great value. (especially since the smaller bottles could just be tap water; who knows?)

Attention to the details beyond all expectation. Water is merely the centerpiece, the lead into a deep world of health and well being. I am from long beach and I started coming here almost a year ago now and since then I am now buying 60 to 70 gallons on my weekly trips and distributing it to my local community. Needless to say the love water speaks for itself and the other products and information available there are beyond next level. Worth every minute and penny spent.

The Water Brewery is a gem. Not only is a nice place to visit and hang out with interesting folks who come through all day long, but they've also got some special and amazing water -- and an array of really high quality health supplements and products. The Water Brewery is more of an experience than just a store to run in and out of. At least it can be if you take a minute to hang out, ask all your questions, and enjoy the welcoming vibe. The staff is all very down to earth and knowledgeable.
I grew up on distilled bottled water and now I can't imagine buying bottled water from the store again. Not only does the Water Brewery water taste amazing and feel smoother than other waters (I drink tons more water now...), but it feels good to know I'm no longer contributing to excess (unnecessary) plastic consumption and am doing something that's good for my body --- all while supporting a really fantastic little local business that's run by great people.
The water cost less than most store bought bottled waters (especially if you get the alkaline water -- buying this already bottled at the store is crazy expensive!) and is better quality.
Also, make sure to check out their refrigerator as it always has things like local honey, hibiscus nectar, and fun raw or vegan treats in it. Sweet Raya's raw cupcakes are my new favorite thing to get as a treat when I go to get water, and they worth every penny for how delicious and magical they are. So is the water.

The Water Brewery is like a natural apothecary full of wonderful, healthful products, water and love! It becomes obvious after talking with owner Einar that wellness is his life's passion, and helping others is his way of sharing his gifts. I went in after being sick for far too long and he asked me about how I was feeling and then made several suggestions for me. It is very clear that he has devoted many years to studying health, and I trusted that he was giving me very good advice.
I bought some powdered mineral greens to mix with my water, which I was also able to get my kids to drink! As for the water, if you don't know much about water and why you should be concerned with alkaline and acid in our bodies, stop by the shop and talk with anyone there. These people are very gracious and love to educate, and you will not feel at all pressured to buy...they are not like that. And the price is surprisingly Reasonable compared to most other water stores, but the value is priceless. They are always willing to share knowledge with customers and because I trust their commitment to quality, I will probably start buying my honey ( they have raw) and coconut oil here as well.
I have been telling all of my friends about the Water Brewery and I hope this review will convince others to try it. It is worth your health!
